IF I HAVE ONE MORE DREAM ABOUT FOOD!! STAPH!! ugh anyways. seriously though..shokugeki no soma (link is to the 2nd episode)was the name of the anime i spoke of in a previous post.
So, i'm in a kitchen, and i got this nice lean cut, perfectly marbled, like grade A shoulder roast. From the looks of it, I was just making a simple pot roast....but on a more awesome scale. few spices here, few spices there, chop up some potatoes and veggies over there, whip up this weird marinade concoction(that i wish i could remember), put on the lid and then seemingly after a few minutes i took the lid off and there was this amazing, savory, deep reddish brown, juicy, will melt in your mouth type roast.
so needless to say, i woke up staving yet again. This show seriously has me contemplating going to a culinary school.
